The first call is free. After that, we base the price on your situation: what you need, how involved the care is, and how long you want us alongside you. You get a clear quote in writing before we begin. No surprise fees, no billing by the minute.

No, and that is on purpose. We are a private service, paid directly. That independence is the point. We work for you, never for an insurer or a hospital, so our advice stays clean. We do handle your insurance for you, including appealing denied claims. Our fee is separate from your medical coverage.

We are based in California. In-person work is in Los Angeles and the San Francisco Bay Area for the most complex situations. Remote work runs across the state. We take select clients nationally by referral.
