A note on HIPAA.While BellWell is not a “covered entity” or “business associate” under the federal Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), we are committed to respecting client privacy and handle personal information with the discretion that a private practice requires.

Shine the Light
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 (the “Shine the Light” law) permits California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. BellWell does not share personal information with third parties for those parties’ direct marketing purposes.
Other California privacy rights
Depending on your residence and the nature of the information we hold, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain uses. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address in Section 11. We will respond as required by applicable law.

Children under 13
The Site and our services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verified parental consent, we will delete that information promptly. Cookies, analytics, and online tracking
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to recognize repeat visitors, measure how the Site is used, and improve performance. We use Google Analytics for site analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings. If you disable cookies, parts of the Site may not function properly.
Do Not Track
